This family friendly event can be run at your own pace, from anywhere between July 26-Aug 2. All you have to do is register, run/walk/roll, then share your experience with us. Join us on the Strava app under the Here and Now Project "club" in the weeks leading up to the main event to connect with each other as we get out and DO LIFE virtually.

THE PROCEEDS
H&NP Support
Proceeds from the 5K FOR TODAY will support H&NP programs by providing care baskets to newly injured individuals, and outreach that will help support loved ones and caregivers.
SWAG
What you get
Registrations for T-shirts closed on Friday, July 24th, however there is still time to sign up and receive a bib and sticker! Registrations before July 12 will receive your swag in the mail before the virtual 5K. Registrations after July 12 will still receive their swag, but there is no guarantee that it will arrive until after the virtual race. Swag includes a race bib, sticker, and t shirt, if one was ordered at time of registration.

Adapting to a life of limited mobility is challenging! The prospect of connecting with people in a similar situation may be daunting. Therefore, we are in the process of creating the Here and Now Project Survivors and Supporters Map. Our goal is to launch the map in 2020 so paralysis survivors and supporters can see they are not alone.
