The Here and Now Project invites you to join us virtually for our Seventh Annual 5K For Today! This is a hybrid event - we had incredible time on race day in Puyallup and will continue to offer the virtual option until AUGUST 16th for those who couldn't join us in-person.

About the event
By joining this virtual walk, run, roll you will be supporting the paralysis community. Proceeds from this community activity will help us connect and empower the community through direct outreach to people who are newly injured, private support groups, recreational activities, and annual gatherings.
