Renton Here and Now Meeting Field Trip

Our Renton meeting is going on a field trip to the Burien Music in the Park! Join us at the Lake Burien School Memorial Park for some music and good company.  Please RSVP to Addie (addie@hereandnowproject.org) so we know how many people to expect. 

Details: the park is flat grass with a 0.25 mile paved loop. Musicians perform under the big arch on the south side of the park. They have a play ground, public bathrooms, & food truck (likely The Little Chicken Burger: https://www.thelittlechickenburger.com/ ). Bring your own food with you (picnic from home or from another eatery) or get something from the food truck if you’d like. You have options!

The music is usually a bit loud up front so we will try to meet about halfway back on the west side of the park so we can talk too. This event is family friendly. The grass is flat and pretty easy to roll on for most chairs-but the paved loop makes getting around easier too.

Feel free to get there early or stay late.

The music rotates each week and this week it will be a salsa band.
