Celebrating our 11th Event!

Our 11th Annual Paralysis Meetup RETURNS to the Tukwila Community Center on September 21-22!

Following up on the success of our two-day events from previous years, Day One will be for survivors and supporters only, featuring multiple breakout meetings touching on various topics and a keynote from the multitalented metal artist and member of Team USA's low point wheelchair rugby team, Jeremy Hannaford! Check out Saturday's schedule here!

Day Two is our public Resource Expo that is open to all and will feature a wide array of local organizations for members to gain valuable resources, including the latest wheelchair technology and other opportunities in the Northwest. There will also be plenty of adaptive sports demos like adaptive racket sports, quad rugby, wheelchair basketball, and more! Check out Sunday's schedule here!!

Register for the 2024 H&NP Annual Meetup.

2021 VIRTUAL PARALYSIS MEETUP

TO HELP EACH OTHER - WE FIND EACH OTHER

Adapting to a life of limited mobility is challenging! The prospect of connecting with people in a similar situation may be daunting. Therefore, we are in the process of creating the Here and Now Project Survivors and Supporters Map. Our goal is to launch the map in 2020 so paralysis survivors and supporters can see they are not alone.
