We are incredibly excited to return to Rogers High School and the Nathan Chapman Memorial Trail on Sunday, August 9. Can't make it on the 9th? You can still participate virtually from wherever you are between August 9-16!
PROCEEDS
Proceeds from the 5K FOR TODAY will support H&NP programs that connect and empower the paralysis community through direct outreach to people who are newly injured, private support groups, recreational activities, and annual gatherings.
SWAG
What you get: Swag includes a Race Bib, T-shirt, Finisher Medal, and Sticker. You can also check out our limited run of Do Life t-shirts & hoodies and other H&NP swag while supplies last!
The T-shirt is not guaranteed if you register after July 8th at 3pm PDT.
We order a limited number of extra shirts for late entries, but availability and sizes are on a first-come, first-served basis.
