Day one of the event featured a keynote on regaining employment from Medical malpractice attorney, cofounder of Spinalpedia.com, and C4/5 quadriplegic, Josh Basile. Day two included breakout meetings based on level of injury and/or relationship, and presentations on disaster preparedness and home modifications!

Adapting to a life of limited mobility is challenging! The prospect of connecting with people in a similar situation may be daunting. Therefore, we are in the process of creating the Here and Now Project Survivors and Supporters Map. Our goal is to launch the map so paralysis survivors and supporters can see they are not alone.
